What we collect

Spin to Win collects lead form fields configured by the site owner — typically email address and optional name or phone — submitted by visitors who participate in a wheel campaign. We also collect anonymised spin event data (outcome, timestamp, site ID) for analytics.

How it is used

Collected data is used solely to deliver spin outcomes, generate discount coupons via the Wix Coupons API, and sync contact records with Wix CRM on behalf of the site owner who installed the app. We do not sell or share visitor data with third parties.

Data storage

Lead data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database scoped to the installing site. Site owners can export or delete their data at any time from the app settings panel.

Cookies and tracking

The widget sets a first-party cookie to enforce the per-visitor spin frequency limit configured by the site owner (e.g. once per 30 days). No cross-site tracking or advertising cookies are used.
